Montessori School of Orlando values our parents’ participation, interests and needs and takes great pride in its relationships with its guests. In order to provide educational and childcare services as well as information regarding those services, Montessori School of Orlando (“MSO” or “we”) will occasionally ask you to provide us information about yourself and/or the children you have enrolled or seek to enroll at MSO. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. MSO takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. When we collect personal information, including your name, e-mail address, home address, phone, or child’s name or age, we use it only for internal purposes to improve our services to our customers. The information will not be shared or sold to any party outside MSO without your prior consent.

By providing MSO with personal information, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy will take effect on June 1, 2013.

A Special Note About Children.

Although MSO provides educational and childcare services, this web site is for the use of parents only. MSO does not collect personal information from minors (under the age of 18) and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us via this web site.

Additionally, in the event that all or substantially all of the assets relating to are transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information submitted to us may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Information We Collect.

Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the MSO website, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our Website you visit, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Web site. We use this information only to try to understand our visitors’ preferences better and to manage the load on our web server, so as to improve our service and your experience with MSO. We do not track the Web sites that you visit before or after you leave the MSO website.

If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we may retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from MSO to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service. We communicate with parents of children enrolled at MSO via e-mail, U.S. mail or telephone to provide requested services or resolve complaints. We may also contact these parents to send information about important changes to our services. Generally, these parents cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

Accessing and Changing Your Information.
